This wrap can be consumed cold on its own! Alternatively, you may reheat it according to the following instructions:

• MICROWAVE: Please tear open slightly before microwaving. For standard microwave ovens (800W), please heat on high for 50 seconds to 1 minute.

• OVEN: Preheat oven to 140°C. Remove wrap entirely from packaging and place it on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until warmed up throughout. (Individual ovens may vary). Remove from oven and enjoy your warm wrap!

Caution: Food and items out of the oven may be HOT! Since microwave ovens vary, cooking times may require adjusting.
