Heating Instructions

REHEATING METHODS: 

Option 1: Microwave Oven

 Our meal boxes are microwave-safe and 100% food grade

- Open the meal box cover, remove sous vide egg/cheese, and pour the accompanying sauce over.

- Cover back and keep the box covered but cover ajar. This prevents the food from drying out.

- Microwave at 100% power for 2.5-3 minutes.

- Remove, crack sous vide egg in, and enjoy!

 Option 2: Steamer

- Open the meal box cover, remove sous vide egg/cheese and pour the accompanying sauce onto the meal.

- Cover back and keep the box covered but cover ajar.

- Place your meal box into steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes. Alternatively, you can transfer your meal onto your choice of porcelain or stainless steel plate before steaming.

- Remove, crack sous vide egg in, and enjoy!

Option 3: Convection Oven or Air Fryer

- Transfer all the food from the meal box into an oven-safe plate or tray, remove sous vide egg/cheese and cover with aluminum foil. DO NOT put the meal box into the convection oven.

- Preheat oven at 110°C

- Place food into the oven or air fryer and heat at 110°c for 12-15 minutes.

- Remove, crack sous vide egg in, and enjoy!

STORAGE INFORMATION: To be stored chilled for 7 days
